Returns
All items, except sale items, can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Returns will be checked upon arrival, and refunds will be processed within three weeks.
Please keep in mind: returns have an environmental impact and are costly. In the past, they have contributed to rising shipping costs for all customers. So please shop consciously and consider your choices carefully – this way you help us save resources and protect the environment. 🖤

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the product within 14 days and simply reorder the correct item.

We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over €100. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional shipping costs, import fees, customs duties or taxes may apply. We ship with DHL. Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri), outside the EU approx. 7–21 working days (Mon–Fri).
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the region. We endeavour to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If it does take longer, please contact our customer service team.

How do I assemble my STAMPS watch?
First, choose your favourite watch and then a matching strap. The watch is attached to the strap with a black clip, known as a snapper. The snapper is automatically included with every strap. You can find detailed instructions in our instructions section.

There are three types of STAMPS watches: Classic, Diamond, and Waterproof.
Classic & Diamond: 1 ATM – splash resistant. They can withstand rain or handwashing, but are not suitable for showering or swimming.
Waterproof: 5 ATM – can be worn while washing hands, in the rain, in the shower, or while swimming. However, they are not suitable for deep diving.

Our STAMPS bracelets come in three different versions, allowing you to customize your watch to your style and comfort:
- 225 mm long, with 9 adjustment holes for a flexible fit
- 255 mm long, with 9 adjustment holes – ideal for larger wrists
- Ø 50–60 mm – elastic and comfortably adjustable
This way, you’ll always find the perfect bracelet – whether classic, extra-long, or flexible.

The black clip – also called a Snapper – is automatically included with every bracelet and comes free of charge.
Please note: if you order only a watch face without a bracelet, no Snapper is included.
If you need additional Snappers, you can purchase them separately and in different colors in the “Accessories” section.
Can every STAMPS watch be combined with any bracelet?
Can every STAMPS watch be combined with any bracelet?
Yes, all STAMPS watches have a standard size and can be freely combined with any bracelet and any frame. This allows you to design your watch entirely to your liking – whether you choose a Classic, Jack, or Belta bracelet.
How can I change the battery of my STAMPS watch?
How can I change the battery of my STAMPS watch?
You can easily replace the battery yourself. For this, we offer our “First Aid Kit”, which includes a sticker, a battery (type: V377 / SR66), and a small tool to open the watch.
Alternatively, you can have the battery replaced by any professional watchmaker or jeweler.
Please note: if you replace the battery yourself, the manufacturer’s warranty becomes void. Any damage caused by an improper battery change (e.g., to the movement or seal) is excluded from warranty and guarantee claims.

Our bags are made from STAMPStexx, a material composed of 80% wood fibers and 20% latex. STAMPStexx combines the natural strength of wood with the flexibility of latex, making your bag durable, sustainable, and pleasantly lightweight.
Can STAMPS bags be washed?
Can STAMPS bags be washed?
Yes, your STAMPS bags are washable and can easily be cleaned in the washing machine if needed. Use a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C to protect the material and maintain its high quality for a long time.
Please note that with frequent washing, the color intensity may fade slightly over time!

Yes, our STAMPS bags are 100% vegan and completely free from animal-derived materials.

Our STAMPS bags are produced in our own factory in the Czech Republic. This allows us not only to ensure the quality of every single bag but also to guarantee fair working conditions. Producing in Europe also enables us to keep transport routes short and efficient.
