Sustainability and Materials:

The "Lone in Atlantic Blue" is manufactured in our own factory in Europe and is made from the sustainable STAMPStexx material, which consists of 80% long-fiber wood fiber and 20% synthetic latex. These materials offer numerous advantages:

• Wood fiber: Compared to other materials, including recycled plastic, wood fiber is more sustainable as it is a renewable raw material. The use of wood fiber contributes to reducing environmental impact and supports sustainable forestry.
• Synthetic latex: This is added to ensure consistent quality and stability. It provides long-lasting use of the material and is allergen-free, making the bag particularly skin-friendly.
• Aldehyde-free: We use the latest variant of the material, which is free of harmful aldehydes. This makes the bag safer and more environmentally friendly.
• 100% vegan: Our material guarantees complete avoidance of animal products, thus promoting animal welfare.
• Italian dyeing: The material is high-quality dyed in Italy, which not only ensures an appealing look but also environmentally friendly production.

Advantages compared to leather & care:

• Water-resistant: Unlike leather, which quickly gets permanent water stains, our bags easily absorb rain. No permanent stains are left behind.
• Washable: The bags can be washed in the washing machine. Recommended care: gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
• Durable feel: Over time, the bag becomes softer and develops a leather-like, somewhat shiny surface.
• Stability: The bag does not collapse when set down.
• Robust zippers: Equipped with YKK zippers that can withstand a tensile force of up to 30 kg.

Craftsmanship and Design:

This bag was designed and conceived by Juliana Blanke, one of the last bag makers in Northern Germany. Her expertise and passion for craftsmanship are reflected in every detail of the "Lone in Atlantic Blue."
