All items, except sale items, can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
The return will be checked upon receipt, and the refund will be processed within three weeks.
Please remember: returns are harmful to the environment and costly. In the past, they have led to increasing shipping costs for all customers. Therefore: shop consciously and consider your choices carefully – this way you help conserve resources and protect the environment. 🖤

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the product within 14 days and simply reorder the correct item.

We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over €100.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional shipping costs, import fees, customs duties or taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the shipping and must be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.

We ship with DHL. Within the EU, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri); outside the EU, it takes approx. 7–21 business days (Mon–Fri).
Please note: Depending on the region, delivery times may vary slightly. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Should it take longer, please feel free to contact our customer service.

How do I assemble my STAMPS watch?
First, choose your favorite watch and then a suitable strap. The watch is attached to the strap with the black clip – the so-called Snapper. The Snapper is automatically included with every strap. You can find detailed instructions in our Instructions section.

There are three types of STAMPS watches: Classic, Diamond and Waterproof.
- Classic & Diamond: 1 ATM splash-proof – can withstand rain or hand washing, but are not suitable for showering or swimming.
- Waterproof: 5 ATM – can be worn without problems when washing hands, in the rain, in the shower or when swimming. However, they are not suitable for deep diving.

Our STAMPS watch straps are available in three versions, so you can customize your watch individually:
Classic straps: 225 mm long, with 9 adjustment holes for a flexible fit
Jack straps: 255 mm long, with 9 adjustment holes – ideal for larger wrists
Belta straps: Ø 50–60 mm – elastic and flexibly adapts
This way, you'll always find the right strap – whether classic, extra long, or flexible.
Where can I get the clip to attach the STAMPS watch?

The black clip – also called a Snapper – is automatically included with every bracelet and is supplied free of charge.
Please note: If you only order a watch face without a bracelet, no Snapper is included.
If you need additional Snappers, you can also purchase them individually and in various colors in the "Accessories" section.
Can every STAMPS watch be combined with any strap?

Yes, all STAMPS watches have a uniform size and can be freely combined with any strap and any bezel. This allows you to customize your watch individually – whether you choose a classic strap, a Jack strap, or a Belta.
How can I change the battery of my STAMPS watch?
How can I change the battery of my STAMPS watch?
You can easily replace the battery yourself. For this purpose, we offer our "First Aid Kit," which includes a sticker, a battery (Type: V377 / SR66), and a tool to open the watch. Alternatively, you can have the battery replaced by any watchmaker or jeweler.
Please note: If you replace the battery yourself, the manufacturer's warranty will be void. Damages caused by improper battery replacement (e.g., to the movement or the seal) are excluded from warranty and guarantee.

Our bags are made from STAMPStexx, which consists of 80% wood fibers and 20% latex. STAMPStexx combines the natural robustness of wood with the flexibility of latex, making your bag durable, sustainable, and pleasantly lightweight.
Can STAMPS bags be washed?
Can STAMPS bags be washed?
Yes, your STAMPS bags are washable and can be easily cleaned in the washing machine if needed. Use the delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 °C to protect the material and ensure the high quality is maintained for a long time. Please note that the color intensity may decrease over time with frequent washing!

Yes, our STAMPS bags are 100% vegan and free from animal products.

Our STAMPS bags are manufactured in our own factory in the Czech Republic. This allows us not only to ensure the quality of every bag but, above all, to guarantee fair working conditions. Production in Europe also enables us to have short delivery routes.
